Meet Michael Chimalpopoca, Operations Manager
With over a decade of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats throughout my IT journey—starting as a Technician and Dispatcher, moving into roles as an Onsite Technician and Network Engineer, and now serving as an Operations Manager.
Working in the MSP space has exposed me to a wide range of industries and client needs, making every day an opportunity to learn and grow. As technology evolves, I believe that continuous learning and sharing knowledge are essential—and that’s what makes this career so rewarding.
When I’m not immersed in IT, I enjoy recharging by playing a round of golf, exploring scenic hiking trails, or catching a great movie with my family.
