I’m Riley Hermstad, Marketing Manager for HD Tech. For the past 1.5 years I’ve led our marketing team, combining strategy, execution, and collaboration to support growth. I started on the technical side—nearly two years as a Help Desk Technician—so I care deeply about clear, accurate messaging that reflects how our services really work.

Day to day, I’m responsible for planning and coordinating events that connect us with customers and partners, and I facilitate the meetings that move those projects forward. I'm also organizing and planning our marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the team maintains a unified and cohesive message across all platforms and parts of our Marketing/Sales funnels. I lead our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) rollout for company meetings, bringing additional structure, metrics, and accountability so teams leave aligned and ready to act. If I had to summarize my core "tenants" for being successful in the workplace, they'd be Accountability, Reliability, and Transparency.

Outside work, I’m passionate about writing (Fantasy novel on the way) and tabletop role‑playing games (Dungeons & Dragons). I build and paint miniatures, 40K for the Sci-Fi itch and Fantasy miniatures for my D&D campaigns. When I'm not creating, I'm working on my physical and mental wellbeing. I've been training MMA for the past 5 years—staying committed to physical fitness and the discipline it builds. Lastly, GO Chargers!
